Alot of my previous postings have been about bands and happenings. I figured i should post some decent singles that have been released recently that you should defidently give a listen to by canadian artists. If you want a few tidbits of information on each of the following 4 songs and artists click on the Read More button!
1. Gob - I Hear You Calling
2. Tea Party - Walking Wounded
3. Matthew Good Band - The Future Is X Rated
4. J Englishman - Abused
1. Gob - I Hear You Calling
Defidently not like any Gob song you've heard before. It seems they've went a little more "poppish" with this single but an excellent tune none the less.
2. Tea Party - Walking Wounded
Featured on the new Tangents: The Tea Party Collection Cd which comes out November 14th in Canada. Backed up by an orchestra it's a song you have to hear in surround sound to enjoy. A typical Tea Party ballad that will move you
3. Matthew Good Band - The Future Is X Rated
The Fourth single from Beautiful Midnight. A song you may have to listen to a few times before it sticks in your head, but when it does it just will not go away.
4. J Englishman - Abused
At first it sounds like a bad 80's song. Then the guitars kick in with some wicked harmonics. If you haven't heard J's first single More you should also check that out!
